How it works
The team photos from the group chat, the fixtures and the squad list. Or add us to the group for a week. Five quick stories from you make the player pages sing.
Three finished pages, free: the cover with your team on it, one player's page, the season in numbers. Drop them in the parents' group. If they want it, each family buys its own copy.
Parents sign off their child's page; captains sign off the book. Orders close ten days after the preview, one print run per team, and the box comes to you before the social.

Families buy their own copy, so the manager never handles money and the team never has to hit a number. The club gets ten per cent of everything, paid monthly.

The Subs Bench
Ten per cent of every book goes straight back to the club it came from, ring-fenced for players whose families can't manage the subs or the kit. The club decides who. We publish what every club has received. Clubs that don't need it nominate one that does.
For clubs
We make the listing; your shop is the shelf and our link is the till. Every sale earns the club its ten per cent, paid, never withheld.
One hardback covering every team, twenty copies on the clubhouse bar. The one book a shop can hold as stock, and the one with your sponsor on the back.
A local business on the back cover usually pays for the whole order. We help you ask, and the sponsor's name goes into every home in the club.
When the club buys the box, the price drops with the count and the 10% still goes to your Subs Bench. Most clubs put a sponsor's name on the back and the sponsor pays for the lot.

Forward the photos and the fixtures, answer five questions, and post one link in the group. That's it. You never collect money, and if nobody buys, nothing is lost.
We do, from your stories and the group chat, in the voice of a kind local reporter. Every parent approves their child's page before anything prints. Or write them yourself in the studio; we still proof every page.
Photos come from your own team chat under the club's existing photo consent, and we check with the welfare officer before the first preview. Books are private to the team's families; nothing goes public without written consent.
That's what the Subs Bench is for. Ten per cent of every book goes to the club for exactly this; the club decides who it helps. We'd rather a book reached every shelf than most of them.
Same pages, same printer, same proofing. The studio gives you the layout, colours, crest and words; we check spelling, photo quality and anything that doesn't read right before it goes anywhere near a press.
Yes. The Season Voucher is a printed card to give on the day; the full Season Annual arrives in May with the whole season in it. Same price, same page for every player, same 10% to the club.
Photos in by Friday 28 November, orders close Friday 5 December, books with the manager by Monday 15 December. Later than that, we tell you straight rather than promise, and the voucher covers the gap.
Yes, and it's cheaper that way: from ten copies the Annual is £29.99, the Season Review £21.99 and the Club Annual £39.99, dropping again at twenty-five and fifty. The club pays in one go, the box arrives at the clubhouse, and the 10% still goes to your Subs Bench. Most clubs get a sponsor to cover it in exchange for the back cover.
